almost gone

August 26th: Last of the packing! We will leave for Sausalito Wednesday the 27th. Not so exciting yet but we shall pass under the Golden Gate Friday around 12:30 Pm, accompanying our Catalina 42 will be our friends sailing a Catalina 34 and a Catalina 380 .

"We won't know where were going till we get there" is our motto. Actually our first stop will be Half Moon Bay.

Have a safe and wonderful trip - every time I hear a Jimmy Buffitt song, I will be thinking of the both of you - Lori

It's not far down to paradise
At least it's not for you
And if the wind is right you can sail away
And find tranquility
The canvas can do miracles

Sailing
Takes you away
To where You’ve always heard it could be
Just a dream and the wind to carry you
And soon you will be free

It's not far back to sanity
At least it's not for you
And when the wind is right you can sail away
And find serenity

Just you wait and see –
As you sail the SueBee

We watched you slide under the GGB and shouted our "Bon Voyages" from the Marin Headlands high above. We even took a few long range photos to commemorate your momentous crossing. (Will forward pics asap.) And we're so glad to hear that you you made it through that ominous fog bank we saw looming in the distance. Happy Cruising! --Your pals, Linda & Rolly
